Sydney University have leaped to the top of the Sydney Women’s AFL ladder after a close fought 15 point victory over the UNSW Stingrays on Saturday at Village Green, Kensington

The Australian junior women’s hockey team, featuring SUSF Elite Athlete Program (EAP) scholarship holders Nina Khoury and Mathilda Carmichael, has finished sixth at the 2013 FIH Junior Women’s Hockey World Cup in Germany.

The Australian Women’s Water Polo team, featuring three Sydney Uni Women’s Water Polo Club (SUWWPC) representatives, has finished runner-up at the World Championships in Barcelona, going down 8-6 to host nation Spain in the final.

SUSF Elite Athlete Program (EAP) scholarship holder Pit Seng Low has been selected to represent the Australia National Junior badminton team at the 2013 World Junior Championships in Bangkok, Thailand from October 24 – November 2nd.
