Sydney Uni Sport offers high-quality First Aid and CPR courses that will provide you with invaluable skills and knowledge to deal with common accidents, injuries and emergencies. All courses are conveniently located on campus at The University of Sydney.
All courses are nationally recognised and delivered in partnership and under the auspice of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO No. 90909.

Course Location
Please note public courses are run in the TAG Family Foundation Grandstand Function Room at the University of Sydney. To access this venue, please proceed up the stairs to the top level of the building.

HLTAID009: Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Course Structure
- Half Day Course (9am-11am).
- Online Pre-Work + Practical Course Work.
- Offers introduction to practical application of CPR techniques, recovery rolls and AED’s.
- HLTAID009 valid for 12 months.
HLTAID011: Provide First Aid
Course Structure
- One Day Course (9am-3pm).
- Online Pre-Work + Practical Course Work.
- Provides invaluable skills and knowledge to deal with common accidents, injuries and medical emergencies including anaphylaxis and asthma.
- HLTAID011 valid for 3 years.
- Includes HLTAID009: Provide CPR (Valid for 12 months).
HLTAID012: Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting
Course Structure
- One Day Course (9am-5pm).
- Online Pre-Work + Practical Course Work.
- Provides invaluable skills and knowledge to deal with common accidents, injuries and medical emergencies including anaphylaxis and asthma in an education setting.
- HLTAID012 valid for 3 years.
- Includes HLTAID011: Provide CPR (Valid for 3 years).
- Includes HLTAID009: Provide CPR (Valid for 12 months).
Mental Health First Aid: Standard 2 Day Course
Course Structure
- Two Day Course (9am-4pm).
- Practical course work undertaken on University of Sydney Campus.
- Teaches participants to provide initial support to other adults who many be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
