Sydney Uni Sport offers personal training sessions in either a one on one or a two on one basis, to provide unique and individual training programs which provide long-lasting results.

Sporting Background
Growing up, Annette has played a mix of sports including netball, soccer, oz-tag and touch football. Annette is also an avid runner and has completed a couple of marathons. She loves trying out new running routes, so let her know if you any hidden running spots in Sydney. Or even ask to go on a run with her! Annette’s passion for health and fitness has led her to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She is a strong advocator for exercise as medicine.

Sporting Background
Sydney born and raised, Arisa trained as a fulltime ballet dancer between the ages of 14 and 20, completing her training in Alberta, Canada where she attained her Post Graduate Diploma. Arisa has also been a ballet and dance coach since 2015, teaching a range of age groups from preschoolers to adults. Currently, Arisa is completing her Bachelor in Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney which has fueled her interest in strength and aerobic training. Arisa also loves to swim and has recently taken up ice-skating, although she spends more time falling then actually skating. If you ever spot her in the gym, she’s always down to help you out or simply have a chat.

When not in the gym, pool or studio, Arisa enjoys anything to do with the outdoors, from going on hikes on the weekends, to the beach in summer or having a good old family barbecue. She also loves a movie marathon and is a major foodie, spending her free time trying out new restaurants and bars.

Sporting Background
Eduardo hails from Brazil and has been very active since a young age. From 2000 to 2004 he was heavily involved in cycling in the Sub14 and Sub16 Mountain Bike Category. He later shifted his focus to lifting weights focusing on Hypertrophy Training and more recently, in 2016, he started his journey in strength and conditioning training. During this time he also took to martial arts, in particular developing skills in Thai Boxing and Boxing.

Interests
Alongside his training, food is Eduardo’s passion. He has a background working as a Chef and now adores spending his time cooking casually or going out for lunches and dinners with friends. Eduardo’s perfect Sunday is having brunch and then spending the day chilling at the beach with mates after a gym session.

Sporting Background
Esra grew up playing a mix of sports in high school however, her favourite of all has been soccer. Although soccer is a winter sport, you can be sure to find Esra playing in a six-a-side summer competition on the hotter days of the year. Esra was always interested in exercise and health, which led to her starting her bachelor degree in sport and exercise science. During her bachelor is when Esra found her passion for resistance training and she has been in the gym ever since! Currently, Esra continues to play soccer as a sport; however, if you’re looking for her in the gym, you will most definitely find her in the weights section. She takes her squats, deadlift, and bench press very seriously and has trouble picking a favourite body part to train. She just loves it all!

Interests
If not near the heavy weight plates, you will find Esra chasing sunsets at the beach. Photographing pretty sunsets is a passion for her, so it’s safe to say it’s her favourite part of the day. If not after sunsets, you may find Esra exploring coastlines and waterfalls, listening to music at the beach or eating lots of home cooked Turkish food. So next time you see her, go say hi and who knows she may even offer to share her food with you!

Kaley grew up in Hong Kong and has always been involved in a variety of sports from a young age, including gymnastics, athletics and field hockey. Among these, field hockey was one sport that became a lasting passion, in which she now plays for Sydney Uni! Kaley has also recently taken up surfing this summer, so when she’s not in the gym you’ll probably find her catching waves! Currently, Kaley is in her final year of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology)at the University of Sydney which has fuelled her interest towards chronic disease management and Women’s health. A standout moment in her degree was completing a 4-week rural placement in Bourke & Brewarrina where she led group fitness classes for the community and activities with the residential aged care clients at the local hospital

Growing up in Vietnam, I participated in a mixture of sports throughout school including basketball, volleyball, and badminton. Since arriving in Australia, I have found a passion for group fitness and recently have been hooked on running. I have a bachelor degree in Nursing. My interest in group exercise and health led me to also complete a Certificate III in Fitness. During my studies, I found a passion for resistance training and the importance of nutrition to fuel the body in general and especially during exercise. As a result, I took my education further again by completing a Certificate IV. I haven’t left the gym since!!
If you are looking for me, you will easily find me in the group fitness studio, on the treadmills or doing deadlift or bench press as these are my favourite exercises.

Raymond’s fitness journey thrives on the adrenaline of powerlifting and a long-standing passion for tennis, a game he’s played since high school. His interest in the gym and evidence-based training sparked while studying for his Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science, where he discovered the extensive benefits of exercise. This newfound knowledge motivated him to explore and grow within the gym environment. For Raymond, combining the fast-paced excitement of tennis with the disciplined strength of powerlifting has turned his fitness path into a diverse and fulfilling adventure. You’ll often find Raymond in the weights section, dedicating hours to mastering the squat, bench and deadlift.

Apart from staying active, Raymond is a true foodie, always on a quest to try new flavours. His travels are driven by a keen interest in sampling traditional dishes from different countries. SPORTING BACKGROUND
Sanjit has always had a passion for sports, playing multiple disciplines from a young age. He currently plays in the NSW Premier Cricket competition and played football in the NPL Youth League. Additionally, Sanjit also captained Sri Lanka’s Oztag team. With cricket dominating the summer, and football and Oztag filling his winters, Sanjit’s year has always been busy with sporting pursuits. His enthusiasm for sport-specific training and resistance training grew while completing his Exercise and Sport Science degree at the University of Sydney. Sanjit is driven by his passion for helping people achieve their goals, and his sporting background has fuelled his work ethic and ability to connect easily with people. You’ll often find Sanjit in the weights section or doing mobility work or plyometrics. Sanjit is currently completing his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University, combining his passion for sports with a deeper understanding of physical therapy and human movement.

Sarah was introduced to sport at a very young age, and quickly followed her father’s footsteps by joining Roseville’s junior cricket team in primary school. She then begged her parents for a skateboard and a pair of rollerblades, and took advanced night courses in both. This led to participation in local competitions, and most importantly, a lifelong passion. Her sporting interests grew deeper in high school when she discovered basketball and boxing, and continues to practise both on a regular basis.
