Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of Adrian’s life. Growing up overweight, he discovered the gym as a place that could transform not just your body, but your mindset too. His love for movement led him into gymnastics as a child before eventually pursuing mixed martial arts.
He is currently studying Exercise & Sports Science at the University of Sydney, with plans to move into Physiotherapy. His strong interest in anatomy, rehabilitation, and performance shapes the way he coaches, focusing on helping people move better, recover smarter, and train with confidence. His coaching is guided by both scientific theory and evidence-based practice, allowing him to design training that’s effective, safe, and personalised.
Adrian’s own journey has shaped him into a coach who values support just as much as knowledge. He brings an empathetic, client-centred approach to training, understanding that real progress comes from patience, consistency, and the right guidance.
