Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness offers personal training sessions in either a one on one or a two on one basis, to provide unique and individual training programs which provide long-lasting results.

Our trainers are fully qualified with years of experience in weight loss, strength and muscle gain. Through a holistic approach towards your health and fitness goals, your personal trainer will provide the right balance of guidance, motivation and education to assist you in achieving success.

Our programs are holistic and utilise a wide variety of the facilities on offer at the Arena Gym and Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatic Centre, including state of the art cardio and weights equipment, a 50m indoor pool, indoor sports halls and University ovals.
