ELIGIBILITY
Items once purchased are eligible for exchange only, unless they have a manufacturing fault. All items for exchange must meet the following criteria:
- Must be within 14 days of purchase.
- Item must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging with tags still on.
- Customer must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only items that were purchased at the original retail price are eligible for a refund
- Any items purchased or received on sale, as a prize, or a promotional item cannot be refunded or returned.
- Any items received as gifts will be given store credit for the value of the item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
HYGIENE
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following items (but not limited to) are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they are faulty:
- Swimwear
- Goggles and other swim accessories that have been worn or packaging has been opened (earplugs, noseplugs, swim caps etc.)
- Headwear (caps, visors, hats)
- Gym towels
- Any items showing signs of wear, damage, discolouration or odour.
