Do you need to kick-start your fitness or are you ready to face a new fitness challenge?

Our boot camps have the luxury of both indoor and outdoor locations across Sydney University grounds and facilities. Our group training includes a mix of boxing, stairs, hills, bodyweight, circuits, abs, running and much more in a fun, safe and effective training environment.

Suitable for all fitness levels and open to students, staff and community members.

Boot Camp Block 3 Begins June 15, 2022

Win the morning, win the day. That’s exactly what you’ll do with SUSF in our boot camp. Run by our very own personal trainers, you will be challenged and have a lot of fun while you’re at it. 18 sessions for $190, you won’t find anything like it in Sydney!

When: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday beginning Wednesday, 15 June
Where: Meet your trainer at the Sport & Aquatic reception before heading to the Sydney Uni Cadigal Green
Time: 6:30am – 7:15am
Cost: $190 for 18 sessions
