What is it?

Get creative with your training and movement and take a short program.

  • Kickboxing
  • Pilates
  • Rock Climbing

Catering for all levels, the programs are a perfect way to break up your day and refresh your training routine. Running during semester for between 10-12 weeks, they can easily fit into your University timetable, often just one hour per week of a night time and held on campus. Our short programs are open to everyone; students, staff, community, SUSF members & non-members are all welcome.
