Catering for all levels, these programs are a perfect way to break up your day and refresh your training routine. Running during semester for between 6-10 weeks, they can easily fit into your University timetable, often just one hour per week in the evening held on campus. Our short programs are open to everyone; students, staff, community, Sydney Uni Sport members & non-members are all welcome.

Kickboxing
This 10-week course will cater to beginners as well as those who have had some experience in the past. The course will cover basic skills of kickboxing and aims to improve your strength, stability and coordination in the sport.

Les Mills Functional Strength
This 6-week course offers a unique approach to strength training that builds power and athleticism in a fun and balanced way. This full-body workout combines multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life.
Designed by athletes and scientists, it draws on the best of sports conditioning and performance training. You don’t need to be a gym junkie to join, you just need to want to move.

⏰ Time: 1:10 to 1:55pm
