Get creative with your training with a movement or activity short course.

Catering for all levels, the courses are a perfect way to break up your day and refresh your training routine. Running during semester for between 5-8 weeks, they can easily fit into your University timetable, often just one-hour per week of a night time and held on campus. Our short courses are open to everyone; students, staff, community, SUSF members & non-members are all welcome.
