Sydney University Rugby League Club will host the 2018 NSW First Division Tertiary Championship this Saturday after finishing the season as minor premiers.

Sydney University solidified their place on top of the Shute Shield ladder with a convincing 62-21 victory over Southern Districts at Forshaw Park.

Sydney University will be hoping to get out of a logjam on the NEAFL ladder when they travel to Brisbane take on last-placed Redland at Scottsdale Park on Saturday.
