The Sydney University Football Club (SUFC) first grade team will travel to Forshaw Park this weekend, home of the undefeated Southern Districts side.

Sydney Uni Lions teammates Keesja Gofers and Lea Barta both excelled for the Australian Stingers at last week’s World League Water Polo qualifiers in Auckland, as the Australian team scored six wins from as many games in the double round robin tournament against China, Japan and host nation New Zealand.

Sydney University recorded their first NEAFL victory for 2013 after demolishing Tuggeranong by 76 points, thanks largely to great display of accurate kicking and strong defence on Sunday afternoon.

The Sydney University Boat Club (SUBC) will contribute an incredible ten athletes to the Australian rowing squads, after Rowing Australia announced their Australian senior, under-23 and junior rowing teams for 2013.
