Sydney University Elite Athlete Jordan Papandrea has placed third overall after an intense week of competition at the Australian National Gymnastics Championships held at Hisense Arena in Melbourne.
Papendrea, rose to the occasion in a strong finish on Parallel bars and high bar on the final day of action, being awarded first place. He also secured second place for his efforts on rings and vault.
Given this outstanding performance, Jordan has been selected in the Australian Opens team that will travel to New Zealand later this year.
