Sydney Uni Handball Club was established in 1995, and has since been one of the most successful handball clubs in Australia. Sydney Uni players consistently feature in Australia’s mens and womens national teams (seniors and juniors), and there are countless state and national titles to this club and its players.
The club enters men’s and women’s teams in the NSW Handball League (summer and spring). It is open to everyone from beginners to international representatives. The men’s team regularly compete at the Oceania Championships and the World Club Championships. During summer, the club plays Beach Handball and arranges social competitions for those interested in trying out the game.
Training occurs at Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatic Centre on:
- Monday 8pm-10pm (senior women’s and men’s)
- Thursday 8pm-10pm (senior men’s)
