Can you believe it’s only four months until Christmas!? That means its time to be re-evaluating your health and fitness goals in preparation for summer! It’s been a chilly winter, but now is the perfect time to get motivated and start shedding that winter weight and toning up!

Our Spring Boot Camp is the perfect way to achieve results, with regular training sessions run by our qualified Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers. Commencing on the 31st of August, you will partake in three x one hour training sessions during the week designed to build strength and cardio fitness. Sessions start at 6:30am – plenty of time to accomodate work or Uni!

Our Boot Camp has been redesigned for 2015 and has the luxury of both indoor and outdoor locations! Our group training includes a mix of boxing, stairs, hills, body weight, circuits, abs, running and much more in a fun, safe and effective training environment. 

Please note that you must be a valid annual member of SUSF to participate. You can register for an annual membership at SUSAC or online here.

Everyone is welcome, community members, students and staff of the University!

To register, simply drop in to the Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatic Centre! Why not bring a buddy along as well, nothing is more motivating than working out with a friend who will keep you accountable for those early morning sessions!
