The Thrive Festival aims to inspire, energise and connect you by offering three days of fun, sports and talks, and Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness (SUSF) is getting in on the act!

SUSF will be running seven free fitness classes (including Bootcamp,Yoga, Postural Fitness and Body Balance) from Tuesday April 3 – Thursday April 5.

To get involved all you have to do is turn up to one or more of our classes and get ready to have some fun!

Tues April 3

Wednesday April 4
POSTURAL FITNESS         10.30am               Sports & Aquatic Centre (SUSAC)

YOGA                                    7pm                       Sports & Aquatic Centre (SUSAC)

Thursday April 5
BOADY BALANCE              7.30am                 Sports & Aquatic Centre (SUSAC)
BOOTCAMP                        8am                       Maze Crescent Lawns
