The Sydney Uni Baseball Club (SUBC) third grade team have won three elimination games in as many weeks to take out the Sydney Winter Baseball League, after defeating Petersham-Leichardt 9-4 at Petersham Oval on Saturday.
The Cynics second grade team made the preliminary final, while first grade were just one win away from making it a clean sweep of finals appearances for the club.
