Membership
If you had a paid Annual Membership expiring on or after 1 April 2020 it has automatically been extended by 127 days which is in excess of the COVID-19 SUSF facilities close down period of 90 days.
In addition to the COVID-19 extension of 127 days, we are delighted to announce a gratis extension of an additional one-third or 33.3% of your original pass. For instance, if you purchased a 12 month Gold pass, you would receive an extension of the 127 days plus an additional 4 months (being one-third of 12 months). This gratis extension has been automatically added to your Gold, Silver, Bronze or Blue pass.
Whilst class size restrictions are in place, Silver Group Fitness pass holders can use their pass to access the Sports & Aquatic Centre gym.
With the generous extensions above and logistical difficulties of pass extension and re-commencement, no further time stop (except for medical reasons or further public health order closures) will be available on passes sold prior to 22 June 2020.
These have been extended to the end of Semester 1 2021 exam period giving holders facilities access in semester 2, over summer 2020/21 and semester 1 2021.
These have automatically been extended in end date validity by 127 days plus 4 months giving you lots of extra time to use them.
Unleash passes can be used for Group Fitness classes and the Sports & Aquatic Centre gym.
Silver Group Fitness passes can be used to access the Sports & Aquatic Centre gym whilst class restrictions are in place.
Seniors 10 visit passes can be used for Yoga & Pilates classes as well as the Sports & Aquatic Centre gym whilst class restrictions are in place.
Personal training 10 packs have been extended in length as per above. Members with 10 packs will be contacted by their trainer when sessions resume or email [email protected].
All direct debit pass holders were contacted separately regarding arrangements prior to the first direct debit date of Wednesday, 8 July 2020 following the previous debit on Wednesday, 18 March 2020.
From 1 July, Fitness Passport holders will return to existing gym, class and pool and entry access available via the booking system. Membership cards must be presented on arrival.
All SUSF clubs purchasing a club membership for using the Sports & Aquatic Centre and Arena Sports Centre for club training have had their club membership extended by 127 days (in addition to the Annual Membership). Club members should check with their club for changed training arrangements.
Clubs which do not use the Sports & Aquatic Centre or Arena Sports Centre for training should refer their club for ongoing arrangements.
On your COVID-19 member email, or if you joined or renewed online through susf.com.au, you would have received a Member ID number. On your original purchase or renewal confirmation email you would have also received your 4 digit PIN number.
Please note your membership card number is NOT your Member ID.
To access Member Login we encourage members to first read here. If you wish to go straight to the Member Login portal you can go here.
If you do not know your PIN number, enter your Member ID as specified and you will receive a link to re-set your PIN to your email address on file. Please check your junk mail folder. Your PIN can only be maximum 4 numbers.
If you do not know your Member ID or did not receive an email from SUSF containing it, please email [email protected] stating your full name and date of birth so we can verify you. We appreciate your patience in advance.
The Memberships button will show all current and expired memberships and members will be able to see the extensions applied.
This may be because we do not have a current email address for you, your email address may have been unsubscribed through MailChimp, or your Annual Membership expired prior to 31 March 2020. Regrettably technical glitches out of our control also may have occurred so we do apologise.
All member communications are available at the bottom of this page.
SUSF recognises some members may wish to do so and SUSF will waive its Terms & Conditions in this regard prohibiting this. Members should email [email protected] to make arrangements to do so. Transfers will need to be done before expiry of the pass.
SUSF also recognises some members are overseas returning at a later date or outside the Sydney metropolitan area and are unable to re-commence at this time. Members are welcome to email [email protected] to request a re-commencement upon return.
Emails regarding existing memberships separate to above sent to [email protected] and/or [email protected] both prior to 22 June 2020 and after have been recieved and will be responded to at a future point in time on account of email volume. We kindly do request members to read our Terms & Conditions regarding circumstances outsider our control which can be found here.
Please email [email protected] and we will review as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience in advance.
Bookings
On your COVID-19 member email, or if you joined or renewed online through susf.com.au, you would have received a Member ID number. On your original purchase or renewal confirmation email you would have also received your 4 digit PIN number.
Please note your card number is NOT your Member ID.
To access Member Login we encourage members to first read here. If you wish to go straight to the Member Login portal you can go here. The portal is fully optimised for smartphone and tablet use.
If you do not know your PIN number, enter your Member ID as specified and you will receive a link to re-set your PIN to your email address on file. Please check your junk mail folder. Your PIN can only be 4 numbers.
If you do not know your Member ID, you will need to email [email protected] stating your full name and date of birth so we can verify you. We appreciate your patience in advance.
Members are asked not to book consecutive sessions to ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity to train.
Seniors program classes including Aqua appear under Group Fitness (scroll or search for classes commencing ‘Seniors’).
We ask all pass holders to pre-book visits. This is due to COVID-19 industry protocols and reduced capacity in the group fitness room, RPM & SPRINT studio, pool and gyms.
If members choose not to book, they should first check the online booking portal for capacity at the desired time as refusal may offend and cleaning periods mean the next slot may be an additional 30 minutes away from the next available slot.
Gym and pool visits and group fitness visits can be booked online for the current day and the day ahead. This is to enable all members equal opportunity to book and will be reviewed. Check here for any update on advance booking restriction changes.
We ask that if a member has booked a gym, pool or group fitness class booking from their Gold, Silver, Bronze or Blue pass and can no longer attend, they cancel it online to free that spot for someone else. Members who book and regularly do not show up will have their online booking rights revoked.
Courts may still be booked up to 2 months ahead.
A successful booking will be confirmed on the portal and by email.
If you are charged an amount for the booking, it is because your pass is out of date or the number of visits on your 10 visit pass have run out. Check your current subscriptions on the Membership tab. If you believe you are being charged incorrectly, please send an email to [email protected]. Alternatively you may pay per visit even if you do not have a pass.
Gym and pool visits and group fitness classes can be booked online on the day and the day ahead so unless you are seeking a slot that appears in that time frame, you will not see it. Members will first see gym, pool, group fitness slots on Sunday 21 June (i.e. 1 day in advance of re-opening on Monday 22 June). Members will be able to book into Monday 3 August Seniors re-commencement classes from Sunday 2 August.
On the booking portal, select the Site you wish and select Today or Tomorrow to see available gym, pook and class slots. Alternatively follow the links at Make a Booking and you will see all slots available (subject to advance period booking restrictions). For slots you can book into, you will see the number of slots left or whether full. All Seniors programs are contained within Group Fitness online bookings commencing ‘Senior’ (eg Senior Aqua Mon 13:10).
Gym and pool slots for each week can also be found here and will be updated for changes. Sports & Aquatic Centre slots are 60 minutes long unless otherwise notified with 30 minutes left between slots for cleaning and safe member entry and exiting. Pool slots where squad times and reduced swimming lanes are in operation are denoted below. Arena Gym slots are 90 minutes unless otherwise indicated. On occasion slots may be extended beyond the finishing time pending cleaning requirements.

Group Fitness time table can be found here (please note class size limits are in place) We ask that if members book and can no longer attend they cancel their booking online or call 9351 4978 prior to the class to free that space for another member. SUSF will revoke booking privileges for members who consistently book and not attend.
Yes, we do require your membership card. Members will swipe their own card and our booking system will advise staff exactly what booking members are here for.
Due to the large number of SUSF members, we ask that members book online or ask a trusted person to book on your behalf. The booking portal is scalable to mobile phones and tablets. We do have public computers in facilities that may be used should members not have capability at home.
Unfortunately not. If you are desperate to play badminton, tennis or squash straight away, we recommend you make the first booking online and pay online. When in facilities, our staff will happily arrange future bookings from your member credit. You may email [email protected] however we are unable to guarantee a quick response but will do our best to do so.
This will prevent you booking. Check if your Annual Membership is out of date and needs to be renewed by visiting Memberships button. You can purchase a new Annual Membership online via susf.com.au which will enable immediate booking. If you believe the message is incorrect, email [email protected].
COVIDSafe
In addition to ensuring our facilities are equipped with hand sanitisers, disinfectant sprays and wipes, our staff have been fully trained up on our COVIDSafe protocols. These protocols can be found in our T&Cs of returning to facilities and COVID-19 action plan. Our Marshal will be in a high-vis vest and responsible for ensuring all aspects of our COVID-19 Safety Plan are being adhered to including overseeing social distancing, cleaning and ensuring the accuracy of record keeping.
We have also completed the following COVID-19 safety plans:
