Members are asked not to book consecutive sessions to ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity to train.
Seniors program classes including Aqua appear under Group Fitness (scroll or search for classes commencing ‘Seniors’).
We strongly encourage all pass holders to pre-book visits to the gym, pool and group fitness classes to avoid missing out on a space. This is due to COVID-19 industry protocols and reduced capacity in the group fitness room, RPM & SPRINT studio, pool and gyms.
Gym and pool visits and group fitness visits can be booked online for the current day and the day ahead. This is to enable all members equal opportunity to book and will be reviewed. Check here for any update on advance booking restriction changes.
We ask that if a member has booked a gym, pool or group fitness class booking from their Gold, Silver, Bronze or Blue pass and can no longer attend, they cancel it online to free that spot for someone else. Members who book and regularly do not show up will have their online booking rights revoked.
Courts may still be booked up to 2 months ahead.
A successful booking will be confirmed on the portal and by email.
If you are charged an amount for the booking, it is because your pass is out of date or the number of visits on your 10 visit pass have run out. Check your current subscriptions on the Membership tab. If you believe you are being charged incorrectly, please send an email to [email protected]. Alternatively you may pay per visit even if you do not have a pass.
Gym and pool visits and group fitness classes can be booked online on the day and the day ahead so unless you are seeking a slot that appears in that time frame, you will not be able to book.
On the booking portal, select the Site you wish and select Today or Tomorrow to see available gym, pool and class slots. Alternatively follow the links at Make a Booking and you will see all slots available (subject to advance period booking restrictions). For slots you can book into, you will see the number of slots left or whether full. All Seniors programs are contained within Group Fitness online bookings commencing ‘Senior’ (eg Senior Aqua Mon 13:10).
Gym and pool slots along with casual basketball access times & Group Fitness classes for each week can also be found here and will be updated for changes. We ask that if members book and can no longer attend they cancel their booking online or call 9351 4978 prior to the class to free that space for another member. SUSF will revoke booking privileges for members who consistently book and not attend.
Yes, we do require your membership card. Members will swipe their own card and our booking system will advise staff exactly what booking members are here for.
Due to the large number of SUSF members, we ask that members book online or ask a trusted person to book on your behalf. The booking portal is scalable to mobile phones and tablets. We do have public computers in facilities that may be used should members not have capability at home.
Unfortunately not. If you are desperate to play badminton, tennis or squash straight away, we recommend you make the first booking online and pay online. When in facilities, our staff will happily arrange future bookings from your member credit. You may email [email protected] however we are unable to guarantee a quick response but will do our best to do so.
This will prevent you booking. Check if your Annual Membership is out of date and needs to be renewed by visiting Memberships button. You can purchase a new Annual Membership online via susf.com.au which will enable immediate booking. If you believe the message is incorrect, email [email protected].
