The Southern Design Sydney Uni Flames split last weekend’s road trip double header to Adelaide and Alice Springs, following a loss to Adelaide and an impressive win against the West Coast.

Former SUSF Elite Athlete Program (EAP) scholarship holder Kaarle McCulloch continued her preparation for the upcoming World Championships with three medals at the 2013 Australian Track Cycling Championships held last week at the Dunc Gray Velodrome in Sydney.

SUSF Elite Athlete Program (EAP) scholarship holder Jessica Fox claimed two gold medals at the 2013 Oceania Canoe Slalom Championships, where she was joined on the podium by former scholarship holder Rosalyn Lawrence.

The Sydney Uni Swimming Club (SUSC) performed strongly at the 2013 Speedo Sprints Heats over the weekend, with five representatives qualifying for finals to take place on Saturday March 9.

They all had contrasting fortunes on the field, but Sydney University Women’s Rugby Club (SUWRC) past and present played their part in the IRB Women’s Seven’s World Series event held in Houston, USA.
