Sydney University Waterski and Wakeboarding Club have this week announced their purchase of a brand new Super Air Nautique 210 boat, poised to “power the club for years to come.”
Features of the six-metre boat include upgraded ballast systems, the Nautique Surf System (NSS), a spacious bow and open-layout seating.
“Its increased passenger capacity will allow more members to get on board during our ride days, whilst its on-board leading-edge technology will enable us to deliver incredible conditions from our fingertips,” Club President, Andrew Dodds said.
“The timing couldn’t be better, with the boat on the water in time for this weekend’s New Member Camp.”
The Club extended their thanks to Sydney Uni Sports & Fitness, Committee and all members for their ongoing support, as well as Michael at Nautique Central for organising the new boat.
If you can’t make this weekend’s Member Camp, the Club will also be hosting a Ride Day later this month, taking full advantage of the sheltered waters of the Hawkesbury River.
