The 2013 IPC Athletics World Championships concluded in Lyon, France overnight, with wheelchair racer Angela Ballard a standout Australian performer.
Ballard, a SUSF Elite Athlete Program (EAP) scholarship holder, was impressive in winning four medals – three silver and one bronze.
The five time Paralympic medalist won silver in the women’s T53 100m, 200m and 800m, while also picking up bronze in the women’s T53 400m.
