A gutsy fightback by the CSNA/Sydney University netball team saw them come within a goal of toppling second-placed Baulkham Hills in the Dooleys State League Waratah Cup.

CSNA/Sydney University were down by 10 goals before staging a remarkable fightback against a Baulkham Hills team who were warming up for next week’s finals series.

Despite the defeat coach Megan Simpson was very happy with this final game result. “I congratulated the players on their performance,” she said. “The game capped a great ending to a season of development for a very young team.”
