Sydney University athletes have come away from the 2010 World Championships with four of the eleven medals won by the Australian University Sport (AUS) squad.
Flatwater canoe competitor Murray Stewart won silver (K1, 500m) and bronze (K1, 1000m), while Edward Hackney and Jessica Pollard won bronze (match racing).
Sydney University’s haul of four medals eclipses the best result achieved overall by AUS (three in 2008).
