Sydney University Australian National Football Club (SUANFC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Moten as Senior Coach for 2009.


Roger has a wealth of experience, having spent 17 consecutive years in Senior footy, from time as a player in the SANFL in Adelaide (Norwood and Sturt) to the last 6 years (2 Premierships) as Senior Coach at the UTS Bats.


Sydney University’s President Jason McLennan said:


“We are very pleased to have secured Roger as our Senior Coach. As a Club we have been aware of and admired Roger’s coaching and leadership abilities for some time. Our players and the Club as a whole have developed over the past few years and we welcome a strong, proven leader like Roger into the fold to enhance our chances of success.”


Roger Moten said:”I am honoured that SUANFC have given me the opportunity to lead them into 2009. They are a very professional club with an aspiration to achieve at the highest level. I am looking forward to working with the player talent and channelling their drive to greater on-field success.”
