Running during semester for 10 weeks, they can easily fit into your University timetable. Our short programs are open to everyone; students, staff, community, Sydney Uni Sport members & non-members are all welcome.

Learn Kickboxing
This 10-week course will cater to beginners as well as those who have had some experience in the past. The course will cover basic skills of kickboxing and aims to improve your strength, stability and coordination in the sport.
📅 When? 4th of March – 13th of May (Wednesdays) *1 week break 9th April

Les Mills Ceremony
This 10-week course offers a master in the basics of high-Intensity Interval Training in this energising, beginner friendly sessions. You’ll learn correct technique, how to pace yourself, and how to structure short bursts of effort with recovery to maximise calorie burn, boost endurance and build fitness fast.
Perfect for anyone looking to get fit, have fun, and make every minute count.
📅 When: 2nd of March – 11th of May (Mondays) *1 week break 6th April
