Catering for all levels, the programs are a perfect way to break up your day and refresh your training routine. Running during semester for between 10-12 weeks, they can easily fit into your University timetable, often just one hour per week of a night time and held on campus. Our short programs are open to everyone; students, staff, community, Sydney Uni Sport members & non-members are all welcome.

Kickboxing – SOLD OUT!
This course will cater to beginners as well as those who have had some experience in the past. The course will cover basic skills of kickboxing and aims to improve your strength, stability and coordination in the sport.
📅 When? Semester 1 (10 week course) every Wednesday
(Commencing week 3 March 6th, excluding mid sem break running until May 15th).

Pilates
Improve your flexibility, muscle strength and tone through a total mind and body workout of floor exercise with no impact. Pilates involves performing a series of slow, controlled movements that focus on developing good posture, pelvic stability and rebalancing the body through correct breathing and alignment.
📅 When? Semester 1 (12 weeks) Every Monday 26th Feb to 20th May)
(Excluding Monday 1st April – Easter Monday).

Rock Climbing
Develop physical strength, coordination, balance and agility. Learn correct climbing techniques, control and power. Price includes unlimited free climbing time at the end of each climb.
Whether you have climbed a bit, or you are giving it a try for the first time, this course will have you climbing safely in a fun and challenging environment. You will learn the FUN-damentals of climbing technique that will have you starting on the right (or left) foot.
The course will allow you to overcome the initial apprehension that is a normal part of the climbing experience whilst progressing under the watchful gaze of an experienced instructor. Although it is a group course, the curriculum is flexible and can be adjusted to cater to the individuals’ needs and goals
📅 When: Semester 1 (5 week course) every Wednesday 8 May to 5 June
📅 When: Semester 2 (2 x 5 week courses) every Wednesday 21 August – 18 September & 16 October – 13 November

Yoga
Increase your flexibility, strength and stamina whilst you cleanse the body, relax and gain peace of mind. This course can lead to increased core strength and overall fitness.
📅 When? Semester 1 (12 week course) every Wednesday 6th March to 15th May
