Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness (SUSF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Smith as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
SUSF’s Board of Directors was very impressed by the quality of the candidates who applied for the position of CEO and the level of interest which reflects the longstanding reputation of SUSF as a leader in the university sport sector.
The Board would like to congratulate Ed on his successful appointment to the role and to thank all of the candidates that they had the pleasure of meeting during the selection process.
Ed is well known to everyone at SUSF, having been the SUSF Operations & Infrastructure Manager for close to ten years. Since SUSF’s incorporation Ed has led the team through the COVID-19 pandemic as Acting CEO.
Prior to his time at SUSF, Ed was the Planning and Property Manager at UNSW, having spent many years previously as a property lawyer in both Sydney and London.
SUSF warmly embraces formalising Ed’s role as CEO and wish him all the very best.
