This morning, Roberta Viegas was presented with her heart rate monitor for being the lucky winner of our Membership Survey Draw.
Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness would like to thank all of the members who participated in the survey and for all of their wonderful thoughts and ideas.
This has been the biggest response we have received to any survey we have conducted from our members. The feedback we have received from our members is incredibly fair and supportive, with numerous insights into our operations which will impact our future decision making,’ said Ross Xenos, Marketing & Membership Manager.
Roberta made comment that her favourite thing about the facilities was the variety.
Because of the baby [she’s pregnant] I am swimming now, but I’ve done a bit of everything here. I’ve taken classes and I’ve used the weights and the cardio,’ said Silva.
The staff are really helpful and skilled. I feel that whatever I need to know about exercise they will tell me,’ she said.
It is fantastic to see that our members are so passionate about their involvement with Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness. We are dedicated to take their feedback on board to further improve the member experience in 2010 and beyond,’ said Ross.
