The weekend saw two outstanding performances from SUAC athletes in two different states. At the Queensland Track Classic Nick Hough continued his terrific season by breaking the NSW record in the 110 hurdles recording a time of 13.52 for the win. 

University of Sydney Freestyle Wrestling Club has taken home a number of medals after the State Championships held earlier this year.

Last night the Brydens Sydney Uni Flames players, sponsors, volunteers and staff gathered together at The Grandstand to celebrate an impressive season of basketball in the Wattle Valley 2014/15 WNBL competition.

The Lions first hit out in 2015 saw them take on a strong Cabramatta Sydney Shield squad at St John’s Oval on Saturday 28 February.

It was another exciting and successful competition for Sydney University Judo Club at the Illawarra Kyu grades on Sunday 1st March. Each of our seven representatives fought hard and well, bringing home an impressive total of eight medals between them.

SUAC athletes won an incredible 31 medals at the NSW State Championships over the weekend. The haul eclipsed last year’s record medal haul by an astonishing seven medals including 14 gold, 10 silver and 7 bronze medals.

Sydney Uni water polo has had an impressive start to the season following sound victories in round four.
