The Finance, Audit and Risk Committee (FARC) is responsible for oversight of, and advice and recommendations to the Board on Financial Management, Risk Management and Internal and External audit.
Pursuant to the FARC Charter:
- At least one member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee must be a Director with appropriate qualifications.
- The FARC shall comprise two non-executive Directors of SUSF, at least one of whom must be appropriately skilled and qualified to oversee and interrogate the company’s financial statements.
- In addition, the FARC may engage the services of up to two external members with appropriate skills, knowledge and experience.
- The appointment of any external members to the FARC shall be subject to the approval of the Nominations Committee.
