The home court of the ACUVUE Sydney Uni Flames will be alive this weekend, three months ahead of the WNBL season, as Sydney Uni Sports and Aquatic Centre plays host to Round 3 of the  Women’s National Wheelchair Basketball League (WNWBL).

The competition is set to be hot with Sydney University’s own Paralympian Sarah Stewart playing for the top-of-the table team, the Hills Hornets.

Stewart scored an average of 18.4 points a game, as well as grabbing an impressive average of 9.4 rebounds per game last season, proving a strong offensive and defensive presence for the Hornets.

The Hills Hornets are set to play three games over Saturday and Sunday against the Goudkamp Gladiators, the Perth Western Stars and the Victorian Dandenong Rangers.
