Our boot camps have the luxury of both indoor and outdoor locations across the iconic grounds and facilities of Sydney University. Our group training includes a fantastic variety of venues incl. the Maze Green, Law Stairs, Grand Stand, Hill Runs, Boxing Gym, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Group Fitness Studio, Vic Park, with a mix of boxing, stairs, hills, bodyweight, circuits, abs, running and much more in a fun, safe and effective training environment.
Suitable for all fitness levels and open to students, staff and community members.
