Sydney University Cricket Club (SUCC) is celebrating a strong finish to the regular season, with our 2nd, 3rd and 4th-grade teams securing spots in the upcoming Premier Cricket finals.
2nd Grade led the way with an outstanding campaign, finishing as minor premiers. Their reward is a home final against Bankstown at the iconic No. 1 Oval. With their consistent form and home-ground advantage, the squad will be eager to make a statement as they begin their finals run.
4th Grade also enjoyed a stellar season, finishing 2nd on the ladder. They will host UNSW at St Paul’s Oval, aiming to capitalise on their strong performances throughout the year. A home final presents a fantastic opportunity to advance deeper into the competition.
3rd Grade, finished 6th, has also earned a place in the finals. They will hit the road for an away clash, facing a tough challenge against Parramatta but carrying plenty of momentum and determination.
With all three teams stepping onto the field this weekend, we encourage the Sydney Uni community to get behind them. Whether at No. 1 Oval, St. Paul’s Oval, or supporting from afar, let’s rally around our team as they chase premiership success!
