The Ultimate Frisbee team have continued to showcase their skills, handing Macquarie Uni a 15-0 defeat and took down the home side of Wollongong Uni in windy conditions, 13-8. Furthermore, the Women’s Futsal team has earnt themselves a position in the gold medal match after recording convincing wins; 9-3 vs. ACPE and 5-0 vs. UNSW. However, it was Men’s Futsal that stole the show with an impressive 21 goal game against UNDA, only conceding two goals.
Both Mixed and Women’s Netball took out successful wins on Day 3. Our Women took wins against Wollongong Uni, ACU and the USYD Cumberland campus. Meanwhile, the mixed team recorded mixed results, with wins against the USYD Cumberland campus and Wollongong Uni but unfortunately fell short of a strong UTS team. Both netball teams have tough match-ups today in their run to the finals.
