The Sydney University Freestyle Wrestling team recently competed at Nationals, where Robyn Soper won the womens 63kg division and Penny Stein won the 58kgs division. The club was also represented by Nick Roche who got knocked out in the preliminaries finals by the same competitor who he narrowly lost to in the gold medal fight at State Championships. The next competition will be the Australia Cup in Canberra at the AIS 25th – 26th July and the club is currently selecting its team to compete.
