The Brydens Sydney Uni Flames have today agreed to Ashley Gayle’s request that she be released from the final four months of her contract on compassionate grounds.
The terms of the release mean that Gayle played her final game for the Flames in last week’s defeat of Canberra.
The Flames would like to thank Ashley for her time at the club and wish her all the best for the future.
The club is currently searching for a replacement for Gayle and are hopeful of making an announcement in the near future.
