Sydney University are ready to take on Northern Suburbs in the annual Friday night footy clash at University No. 1 this Friday night.
Northern Suburbs have built well over the last couple of seasons and we are expecting a very physical and tough encounter. Norths were undefeated this year until last weekend against Southern Districts, so will be very formidable,” said Head Coach, Chris Malone.
Round 6 presents Uni with our toughest challenge to-date. Colts 1 are lucky enough to have the opportunity to play a curtain-raiser for 1st Grade on Friday night under lights at No. 1 Oval. This Colts game will be a rematch between last year’s grand finalists and should be a quality game. Colts 2 and 3 will play on Super Saturday, where all Grade and Colts teams are a home this weekend, up at St Paul’s Oval. Uni will need to be at our best if we want to win this week.” said the Director of Rugby, Jack Farrar.
This promises to be a great night with cheap drinks and food on sale throughout the night.
There will be Happy Hour on from 5:45pm to 7pm so make sure you all get down there for some great specials including $3 beers during Happy Hour.
There will also be great raffle prizes and music throughout the night.
