Sydney Uni Ultimate Frisbee Club (SUUFC) representatives Andy Wood and Alex Ladomatos are one step closer to selection in the Australian Under 23 Ultimate Frisbee squad after earning selection into the final selection camp.
Wood and Ladomatos, who compete for the club in the Northern Suburbs League (NSL) as well as the champion Men’s Club Colony team, will head to Melbourne in early February with a further 32 individuals hopeful of selection in the final national squad of 20.
The final squad will compete at the Under 23 World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) Championships in Toronto, Canada from July 22-28. They will also travel to the New Zealand National Championships in April as preparation for the Championships.
