The 2012 Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness Blues and Gold Awards are now open for nominations.

The University of Sydney awards Blues for outstanding sporting achievement. Golds are awarded to individuals who have provided outstanding service in the field of sports administration within Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness or one or more of its clubs. Successful nominees are presented with their Blues or Golds at the Annual Blues Dinner. Blues and Golds earn the right to wear their jacket in the traditional stripes of Blue and Gold with the Sydney University Shield.
The timeline for the nomination process is as follows:
- On Time Blues and Gold Nomination Forms close Sunday 9th September 2012.
- Late Blues Nomination Forms which include Australian University Games results close strictly by COB Tuesday 2nd October 2012.
- Successful applicants must make themselves available for Blazer fittings on the 11thOctober in the Mezzanine Room above the pool at the Sports & Aquatic Centre.
The Blues Dinner will be held the evening of Saturday 17th November 2012.
Please note that although payment subheadings exist on the online form as part of the normal set up page, no request for payment is required for the nomination process.
