Sydney Uni women’s water polo player Hannah Buckling has been included in the Australian squad preparing for the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Buckling, a Science student and Sydney Uni Elite Athlete Program (EAP) scholarship holder, will be aiming to make their Olympic debut in London.
“We believe this squad is going to give us a great chance of winning the gold medal (in London) and we have strength and depth in every position,” said Australian coach Greg McFadden.
The final team will be cut from 17 to 13 players in June.
